通気性のよい薄手の平織りコットン生地で大判ハンカチを作りました。
サイズは53cm角とバンダナの定番サイズほどあり使い方も色々ありそうです。

ネガポジ反転のモチーフが混在するものを「昼夜柄」と呼びます。
昼に咲く花、朝を待つ花、どちらも凛としてその姿から勇気をもらえます。
そんな草花を力強いタッチで表現してみました。

深呼吸をする、肩の力を抜く、風の音に耳を傾ける。
植物に目を向ける、観察する、自由に鉛筆の線を走らす。
時には鉛筆で描いてみたり、時にはミシンで線を縫ってみたり、
自由な発想で何度もスケッチを重ねて形にしたuwaruの植物図案は「自然」と「感性」が響き合う。
